Course description
The course will introduce the graduates to the functioning and use of MS Projects software. Participant will practice project planning in terms of objectives, time and resources using concrete examples. When creating their own project plan, they will then learn to think in context and find appropriate solutions to the problem. The aim of the course is to familiarize participants with the MS Project software so that they are able to create a project using it and use it to monitor or evaluate the project.

Course content:
1) Introduction to MS Project (basic concepts, MS Project environment and settings)
2) Creating a new project (project settings, calendar, tasks, resources, costs, views)
3) Tracking and managing the progress of a project (guideline plan, project updates, task, plan changes, reports)
4) Printing and publishing (printing options, print reports)
