Course description
The course focuses on the market valuation of immovable property, the law related to immovable property and valuation and on solving practical problems related to this valuation. The aim of the course is to acquire or deepen students' skills to work with current pricing regulations (pricing law) and civil law and to transfer theoretical knowledge in the field of international pricing regulations.
Content of the course
The course focuses on the valuation of immovable property and on solving practical problems related to it. The course is thematically divided into the following blocks:
1) Valuation Theory (division of valuation approaches and their application for estimating market value and normal price)
2) Selected statutes from law (cadastral law, civil law, expert law)
3) Property valuation on market principles
