This scholarship is offered to Czech citizens to pursue full university studies in Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral programmes in Ukraine. The program is based on contractual obligations between the Czech Republic and Ukraine. Applicants are free to choose the school at which they wish to study. The language of study is Ukrainian, therefore the first year of the stay is devoted to language preparation, the actual study begins in the second year of the stay. The scholarship is paid by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Information about the duration of the stay, number of scholarships awarded, requirements for applicants and other conditions are given in the offer details. The scholarship application must be submitted online through this portal, and simultaneously it is also necessary to provide further application documents in paper form as required by the Ukrainian partner. The paper application documents need to be sent to the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic. Following paper documents need to be submitted (not to be uploaded via the portal): Form "Application form for Foreign Student 2025/2026 Academic Year" Proof of highest educational attainment - i.e. matriculation certificate or university diploma including a diploma supplement a transcript of records copy of passport (pages with identification data) for PhD applicants, in addition: a 500-1000 word description of the research topic or research proposal All documentary evidence must be translated into Ukrainian. Documentary application documents should be delivered to: Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, Department of International Relations, Karmelitská 529/5, 118 12 Prague 1.
Successful candidates must start their studies for bachelor's and master's programmes by 30 September, and for doctoral programmes by 31 October.
