This scholarship for completing full university studies in Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral programmes in Ukraine is based on contractual obligations between the Czech Republic and Ukraine.
Only Czech citizens are eligible.
Applicants are free to choose the university where they want to pursue their studies. The language of studies is Ukrainian, therefore the first year of the stay is devoted to language preparation. The actual study programme begins in the second year of the stay. The scholarship is funded by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

The scholarship application must be submitted online through this portal, and simultaneously it is also necessary to provide further application documents in paper form as required by the Ukrainian partner. The paper application documents need to be sent to the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic.

All documentary evidence must be translated into Ukrainian.
Documentary application documents should be delivered to: Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, Department of International Relations, Karmelitská 529/5, 118 12 Prague 1, Czechia.
The award of scholarship to an applicant is decided by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
Successful candidates must start their studies for bachelor's and master's programmes by 30 September, and for doctoral programmes by 31 October.
